Curriculum

The Programme Pillars

Six pillars structure the two-day curriculum, each building applied capability, not just awareness.

01

Responsible Gaming Fundamentals

Core principles of responsible gaming: how risk develops, what protection looks like in practice, and the shared vocabulary regulators and operators need to work together.

02

Customer Protection

Practical tools for identifying at-risk behaviour, having protection conversations with customers, and applying safer-gambling interventions at the point of interaction.

03

Responsible Gaming Systems

Designing and operating the systems (self-exclusion, deposit limits, age verification, escalation pathways) that make responsible gaming enforceable, not aspirational.

04

Regulatory & Compliance Practice

What licensed operation actually requires: compliance obligations, reporting standards, and the working relationship between operators and their regulator.

05

Industry Ethics & Professional Standards

Professional conduct for customer-facing roles and affiliate promotion: the standards that protect customers and the credibility of the industry itself.

06

Practical Case Studies & Applied Learning

Real scenarios worked through in the room: applying the first five pillars to situations participants will actually face on the floor and in the field.
